Made from .040" thick 3003 aluminum and 1/8" diameter stainless steel, this is the last feeder you will have to buy.  Designed for one hand ergonomics, filling and emptying. It is also designed to be easily cleaned. Simply spray with a garden hose. And if you're wanting the birds to get back to eating, speed up drying with a leaf blower. 
 
Measures 10.5 inches square inside. The tray is 2.25 inches tall. Overall height is 9.625 inches with hangers upright. The hangers stay upright unless you move them, this allows you to use your other hand to hold the refill food.  See Product Info.
