Refund Policy

Please understand we do not accept damaged goods caused by forces of nature. For instance fallen tree branch damage, etc. When you provide seeds to wildlife any manner of wildlife will be attracted to your feeder.  Therefore, damages caused by gnawing animals like squirrels or bears, etc... will not be acknowledged by Ornidine. (We encourage the use of squirrel baffles, they work!)

 

We accept returns of physical items within 30 days of receipt. We do not refund original shipping costs and we  DO NOT provide return shipping labels. 

 
You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning physical goods to us. 

 
Refunds will be applied to original payment method after receipt of returned items.
